If you’re not happy with your part then we’ll credit you, Plain and simple. Buying and selling auto parts online is very difficult for a number of reasons including fitment, color match, damage descriptions, etc. We understand this and really try hard to work with you on any problems that may arise when you buy from us.

If you need to return a part, please contact us before shipping anything back. All returns must be authorized by us and include an RMA # issued by one of our salesman. All returns must include an RMA number clearly written on the packaging. Not having an RMA number on your item may severely delay the return process. Shipping credits are dealt with on a per case basis at the discretion of Tom’s Foreign Auto Parts.
